We provide Owner’s Team specialists including study management, project controls and technical leads, to strengthen or in-fill existing teams, or establish a new dedicated study team if needed.

PROJECT DELIVERY SUPPORT

We provide project management, project controls support, and engineering review/oversight to de-risk critical elements of project delivery, from small stay-in-business capital projects to larger greenfields projects.

TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE

We provide and lead complete technical teams, through partnering with other consultants, to deliver wide-ranging Due Diligence scopes of work. We also provide Independent third-party technical reviews of studies and projects for our clients.
