Natalie Eldridge

Senior Consultant – Process

Natalie has worked in the nickel, cobalt, lithium, rare earths, and vanadium industries for more than eight years. Her areas of expertise include carrying out in-depth research, evaluating test work data, and creating project deliverables that range from equipment sizing and operating expense estimates to process design requirements.
Natalie’s role before MineScope was lead process engineer at Hatch,
focusing on optimising the design of Arafura’s Nolans Rare Earths
Project, which integrates key processes such as acid bake and solvent extraction alongside innovative technologies.
Natalie also worked as a plant engineer at Murrin Murrin, where she showed excellent operational skills in a variety of unit activities, including as solvent extraction and High Pressure Autoclave Leach (HPAL).

Natalie joined MineScope in March 2026

Natalie has over eight years’ experience in the nickel, cobalt, lithium, rare earths, and vanadium industries. Natalie specialises in research, data evaluation, and project deliverables such as equipment sizing and process design.
