Gordon Archbold

Gordon has over 17 years’ experience as a Senior Operations Manager within Financial Services.
MineScope is Gordon’s first foray into private enterprise and, indeed, working in Australia.

Gordon holds a Business Management degree from Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University which he completed in conjunction with his Financial Services role.

Prior to working in Financial Services, Gordon was in Retail Management for some large UK companies.

Gordon’s experience is rooted in operations, governance, and service delivery – building accountable teams, improving performance, managing risk, and ensuring work gets done consistently and well.

Gordon has led teams across multiple locations and time zones, overseen performance against SLAs and KPIs, acted as a senior escalation point for operational and client-impacting issues, and supported change initiatives without compromising day-to-day delivery.
