Esme Wilmot

Lead Consultant – Process

Esme Wilmot is an accomplished plant and project metallurgist and process engineer, with 20 years’ experience in operations. She has worked in operations on lithium, nickel, gold, iron ore, and copper/lead/zinc processing plants throughout Australia and has worked as lead process engineer on various Australian and global projects, including projects located in China and Indonesia.

Esme’s experience includes the development of testwork programs, mass balance and flowsheets (PFD’s and P&ID’s), process design criteria and process control philosophies, Capital and Operating cost estimations, scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies and for project development. She has successfully managed front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed design activities across numerous projects.
Esme also has commodity experience in tungsten and is Six Sigma Green Belt accredited.

Esme joined MineScope in 2024.
