Emma Simper

Project Support

Emma is an Accredited Editor with strong writing, proofreading, document creation and formatting skills.  After a decade of working as an Executive Assistant for heads of department in major international banks, firstly in Sydney and then London, she returned to Australia in 2010 with her family. In 2009, she helped her husband launch Cytomic, the internationally recognised music software company. Emma relishes the wide variety of work required in small entrepreneurial start-ups, from front-line of customer support; tax, certification and accounting duties; maintaining the website; and marketing/social media work.  She won an Export Market Development Grant in 2017 and has also managed two successful local government grant applications for charitable organisations.

Initially hired by MineScope to aid in document production, formatting, proofing and standardising multi-authored reports, Emma has since taken on all the office management roles, including website management. More recently, she has started assisting with marketing, and is helping to embed Adapt by Design principles as MineScope grows.

Emma joined MineScope in 2019.
