One of MineScope’s values is about sharing knowledge. MineScope offers Lunch & Learn sessions for team members to share their knowledge. There are mentor programmes and staff are actively encouraged to learn, both on the job, through industry events and also through professional courses. The Adapt by Design platform provides a framework to capture our specific job know-how and is shared with all team members.
At MineScope, we work hard but still take time to build our team connection. We celebrate each new arrival with a team lunch, celebrate EOFY and year-end with team events, and regularly attend industry events together and enjoy our end of week catchups.
